Hours after taking the oath of office, President Trump delivers on a campaign promise.

In an executive order issued Friday, President Trump gave government agencies the option of not enforcing any aspect of the law that might “impose a fiscal burden on any state or a cost, fee, tax, penalty, or regulatory burden on individuals, families, healthcare providers, health insurers, patients” and others.
