New Jersey topped 25K COVID-19 cases again on Tuesday and many people are seeking protection from the virus in a fourth dose of the vaccine. In fact, an Israeli study today reported that an extra booster generated a fivefold increase in COVID-19 antibodies. The CDC did approve another booster for immunocompromised folks, starting in February, but some people don't want to wait that long.
