Dr. Martin Luther King's life and legacy is celebrated in words and music at the Wisconsin State Capitol. Valerie Daniels-Carter, a Milwaukee-based entrepreneur and CEO of V&J Holding Companies, Inc. is the keynote speaker. Wisconsin Public Radio's Dr. Jonathan Overby serves as emcee. Tremper High School Wind Ensemble and The Brown Sisters perform.
