- Hi, I'm Elizabeth Overcash.
I am the education and communications manager here at the JC Raulston Arboretum at North Carolina State University.
The JC Raulston Arboretum is a 10 1/2 acre garden located here in Raleigh, North Carolina.
We're sort of an urban oasis, so a wonderful spot to come and see plants from all over the world.
We have a diverse collection of plants, and you can visit countries like China, Taiwan, Japan.
You can find plants from sometimes from Mexico here, all over the United States, and there's so many more countries that we have plants from.
It's a lot of fun to see how far you can travel around the world just with our plant collection.
[bright music] We're open free to the public every day of the week, so come during the week, come on the weekend, bring a picnic, enjoy the gardens.
Come see what the plants are doing.
- [Kids] I love plants!
