Profiling Northwest photographers Charles Libby, Frank Matsura and Frank Palmer
"Capturing History" showcases 3 photographers' work during the dynamic era's of the 1900's. Charles A Libby photographed Spokane's booms and busts for over 60 years. Frank S Matsura, an immigrant whose playful character endeared the miners, cowboys, merchants and native Americans in the Okanogan Valley. Frank Palmer, who captured the natural beauty of the region in his hand-painted landscapes.
