Located in Westerville, My Very Own Blanket is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in foster care throughout Ohio. Volunteers construct and deliver hand-made blankets (made from donated and scrap materials) to children in the foster-care system. When a child moves in and out of many different homes, his or her blanket is sometimes the only personal item to go along.
