Lillian

As a college freshman, Lillian faced going blind from Stargardt’s disease. In fall 2009, she became sick, and assured it was just the flu. Four days later, she was on life support at UNC Hospital. Based on her father’s journal, this film memoir captures a parent’s worst nightmare and recounts the strength of a young woman who was determined to live independently despite losing her sight.
