In November, the city of Stockton elected Michael Tubbs as its first African-American mayor. State Assemblywoman Catharine Baker is calling for a subpoena of budget documents from UC, as well as a reversal of a tuition hike. Reporter Emily DeRuy gives an update about the state's audit of UC's finances and state senator Holly Mitchell talks about the state budget and fighting for the poor.
